What should I do if I can't finish a mini-circuit within 3.5 minutes?

We understand that some circuits can be quite challenging to complete in 3.5/4 minutes. Don’t worry as this is a recommended length of time! If you are unable to complete the number of reps stated within the time given, just focus on finishing the circuit, without compromising your form. If you feel that the recommended weights and reps are too challenging, feel free to lower your weights.
