Love all the work outs in the BB programme. Kim pushes you to keep going and she is very motivating. When you think you can't do anymore she reminds you its only 40 seconds. Well done BB great job!

I brought body boss to try and finally get myself active! I hate long work outs and things like running and after seeing some before and after on the Facebook page I thought why not and got the 12 week guide! A year later and I’m in that gym 4-5 times a week and wouldn’t think twice about it! So easy and can work to your own level! Have done this along side a different diet but without body boss I wouldn’t be where I am now!
I lost an amazing 35 pounds and dropped three dress sizes! I feel so confident and strong. I love #BodyBoss so much I'm doing it all again 💪🏼 I love the program but also the support of all the real women going through the transformation journey together.
